When speaking with our clients, we find their main concern is to ensure they maximise their return in relation to the level of risk they are willing to take. Balancing risk against potential return is an important aspect of investing. Our investment process involves explaining to our clients the likely potential losses that could be incurred in the process of trying to achieve good returns. We select model portfolios and/or bespoke portfolios, to match your investment objectives against risk.
At our initial advice meeting we identify any financial objectives for investing; whether it is to provide an income, growth or a combination of both. We ask you to complete a risk questionnaire, which helps us to determine your atttude towards risk. We then identify and recommend the different types of investments that would be suitable, allowing for your objectives in life as well as available tax reliefs and allowances.
