What will I need for a video meeting?
A suitable device that will support video conferencing, with a web cam and microphone, that is connected to the internet.
An area in your home that you can have a private conversation.
Arranging your video meeting
We offer video meetings by Microsoft Teams and your adviser will contact you to arrange a convenient time.
You will be sent a confirmation email which details the date and time of your meeting. This will also include a link to the meeting together with a calendar invite which can be saved within your own calendar.
Join the meeting at the agreed date and time by clicking on the link in the confirmation email or calendar entry.
We can also offer remote meetings by Zoom, Skype and Face Time.
