Ian Penberthy FPFS

About me
I am a Chartered Financial Planner who predominantly helps high net-worth individuals and small business owners. I have an in-depth experience and knowledge of pensions, savings, investments, inheritance tax, wealth management and protection which I regularly advise on. Outside of work, I enjoy watching numerous sports and cheering on Chelsea. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, family and my beloved dalmatian.
My History
I have over 16 years’ of experience in the financial services sector having started my career at Nationwide Building Society and for the last 5 and a half years I have been working with a local financial planning firm.
I joined DGS in January 2023 and chose to work with them as I was impressed with their approach to financial planning and the care and attention given to their clients.
I put my clients at the heart of everything I do and I am proud of having made a positive difference to their lives. In working together, I help my clients gain a clearer picture of their current situation, but also where they would like to be. We will weigh up their core values and look at what is of true importance to them. Once established, we will work together in creating and implementing a bespoke financial plan which will help organise their finances more efficiently whilst allowing them to achieve their goals and live life on their terms.
Ultimately, what matters most to me is helping to make sure my clients are going to be okay financially and that they can live the lives they want.
