Simon Clews FPFS IMC BSc

About me
I am a Chartered Financial Planner and head up DGS Employee Benefits Solutions. I work with employers across the UK to deliver cost effective employee benefits solutions, helping them recruit, engage and retain their business’s most important asset – their people.
My history
My career in the financial services industry began while attending university in 1998, where I worked at Nationwide Building Society. I graduated from Southampton University with a degree in Mathematics with Actuarial Science in 2001 before joining Watson Wyatt as an Actuarial Consultant. In 2007, I joined DGS as an Independent Financial Adviser and in 2011 gained Chartered Financial Planner status. This qualification has helped me to deliver holistic advice to individual clients – ensuring that all areas of financial planning work in synergy to achieve client objectives. I then progressed to manage DGS’s Employee Benefits offering.
