Most of my work happens behind the scenes, transforming advice into well-researched, structured recommendations that help you make well-informed decisions.
With a strong servicing background, I’m committed to providing exceptional support, keeping promises, and helping wherever I can.

During my career, I’ve led teams across all aspects of account management and specialised in client onboarding.
I enjoy improving processes, solving problems, and making things as straightforward as possible for both colleagues and clients.
Previously, as Head of Client Service, I supported multiple advisers through a dedicated team.
Joining DGS gave me the opportunity to work one-on-one with an adviser, which I find incredibly rewarding—especially when I see the positive impact of my work.
