I am a specialist in the Life & Protection Market offering advice to individuals and their families.  I offer a personalised service to all my clients, a thorough appraisal of all protection policies, costs and ensuring, if necessary, that any life policies are written in trust at no additional cost to the client. 

I keep my clients informed of every stage of the process of submitting applications to the insurance company and liaise with the insurance companies to ensure that the life policies are handled in an efficient and competent manner.

About Me

I have over 40 years of experience in the Life and Protection Market.  I specialise in all areas of Protection including Term Assurance, Decreasing Term, Family Income Benefit, Gift Intervivos, Whole of Life, Critical Illness, Permanent Health Insurance and Relevant Life Assurance.

I also offer advice to Partnerships and Companies on Partnership and Share Protection, Key Person Insurance, as well as Relevant Life Assurance.

I was formerly Joint Managing Director and founder of the highly successful IFA firm Charles Sydney Assurance Consultants Ltd.  I joined DGS Independent Financial Advisers Ltd in January 2014.

Personal

Outside of work I enjoy a varied social life, playing bridge, catching up with friends and having great fun with my great niece and nephews.

I used to be very active in charity work, which is very close to my heart. I enjoy going to the cinema and watching all types of sport, although rarely partake in any of them!
